Dear Editor:

I am writing to you for two reasons. The first is to thank Don Morningstar for beginning a race school, and secondly, is to inform anyone who has the opportunity to attend one of Don's classes to do so. They will not be sorry. Don is a great teacher. His love of racing becomes obvious as soon as he begins his class. His energetic personality would hold your attention for hours. My teammates and I have attended several of his classes in Virginia and Maryland. Each time was a new experience. We always learn something to use on that day of racing or he will reinforce things we already know. Don's ability to conduct a class and hold everyone's attention is unbelievable. His energy level and enthusiasm are amazing. He shares his knowledge and experiences openly to anyone who attends the class. He answers all questions honestly. He is willing to help all racers, even those he will be racing against!!.

Don and his new school (Star Racing School) are an asset to the sport and to Region 8. If you ever have the chance to attend his school, DO IT. I guarantee it will help improve your outlook on racing and it will be an experience you will never forget.
